Cllevio in GJKKO: Laert Haxhiu is my childhood friend

The court hearing against Laert Haxhiu, accused by SPAK of placing TNT in the bar of rapper Rigels Rajku, known as Noizy, is taking place at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime.

During the hearing, rapper Kleviol Ahmeti also testified, recounting his acquaintance with Laert Haxhiu, the conflict with Noizy, and the circumstances in which he learned about the TNT explosion.

Ahmeti stated that he has no family or friendly ties with the defendants, but admitted that he has known Laert Haxhiu since childhood. According to him, the two grew up in the same neighborhood in Lushnja and played football together in 2007.

Regarding the TNT explosion at Noizy's bar, Cllevio stated that he had no knowledge and that he had learned the news from other prisoners, a few days after the event had occurred.

"I have no connection with the defendants, neither family nor friends. I know Laert Haxhiu. I live in Lushnja, Laert is no more than 150 m from my house. We grew up together, we know each other as a family. In 2007 we played football.

I was in America and when I returned I stayed in Lushnja. When I met Laerti, he was unemployed. In recent years, I haven't met him at all. I came from the USA in 2013 and in 2014 he went to prison. I got out of prison in 2020 and I haven't met him again. I served 313 and 302 prison terms in Fier and Durrës. I haven't had any phone calls or any kind of contact with Laerti.

I know Rigles Rajku, I have artistic knowledge. He is a famous musician and I was an unknown musician. This Rigles Rajku, in order to gain fame, used to slander Viktor Paloka, known as Unikatili.

When Noizy cursed us, we were in America. After 15-20 years, I also gave back to the music by cursing Noizy. I am a writer, I write music lyrics. When I came out in 2020, I wanted to become famous, and I started teasing him, artistically it's called 'Diss'. And when I made the song, I became famous and I liked it.

And one fine day I told myself enough with that and went to apologize to him. He was accompanied that day in Durres. When I went to the Zins bar in Currila, I parked and told him not to get out of the car.

When I went there, Rigles Rajku, the son of Baksimi, and 12 people came out. They beat me there, stomped on my head. I had a blood clot in my head. I went to the hospital, got treated, and was arrested because I was under house arrest and ended up in prison.

I had informed him that I was going to the bar and I had opened Instagram live and said that I was going to Durres to Noizy. When I entered the bar there was a guard I told him to call Noizy he came in 24 seconds and came with his OTR gang. I don't know who were the people accompanying Noizy. When Noizy came I took off my glasses to respect him and at that moment he punched me and 6-8 people shot me.

My two friends also got involved in the fight, one of them had his teeth broken.

I have head and rib injuries. I gave a statement about this event when I was in Fier Prison. My mother was in Albania, the others were in America. It was documented with film footage and they shot me. I didn't think of taking revenge on Noyzi. I heard the news about the TNT explosion at Noyzi's bar from my prison friends. When I went to the sector, I found out that the explosion had happened a few days later. Then a police officer in Durrës called me and told me that there was an investigation into the TNT explosion.

I told him that I don't know who planted the TNT because I was in prison. I thought to myself who could have done it, I thought that DAD could have done it. I haven't heard a single word that Laertes did this. I don't know Marjus Taganin at all. We don't agree with Rigles."
