Changes in the State Police, names of 8 new leaders

The State Police has completed the process of appointments for the leadership of several local directorates in the country, making changes and shake-ups in the leadership structures from the north to the south of Albania.

According to the official announcement, the winners of the competition for regional director have been announced and a series of new appointments to management positions have been made.

In Kukës, Director Ardrit Elmazi has been appointed as the head of the Local Police Directorate, while in Shkodra, Director Dashamir Spaho will take over the leadership of the local police. In Dibër, First Director Xhevahir Karaj has been appointed.

Meanwhile, Director Armir Gjikolaj, who previously headed the Dibra Police, has been appointed head of the Closed Center for Foreigners, following his resignation from his previous position.

At the level of police stations and other structures, Chief Commissioner Idris Daulle has been appointed Deputy Director for Public Safety at the Durrës Local Police Directorate.

In Shkodra, Chief Commissioner Erion Duma has been appointed Head of the Police Commissariat, while Commissioner Klodjan Çeka will head the Malësia e Madhe Commissariat.

In Lezha, Commissioner Sokol Myrta has been appointed Head of the Mirdita Police Station.
