The show "Në Shënjestër" on News24 has revealed shocking details about the threats and blackmail of Arben Isufaj, known as "Ben Qimja", against judge Vladimir Cjapi and notary Arben Tahiraj in Fier.

According to the testimony of notary Tahiraj, on February 12, 2025, Isufaj and his family members met him outside the office and took him aside, where he then began threatening him and Judge Cjapi. "I will kill you both," Isufaj addressed the notary, accusing him of mentioning him in private conversations.

The event was also confirmed by security camera footage, which was administered by the investigation team and confirmed the presence of Isufaj, his son and grandson at the scene.

Following the complaint filed by Judge Vladimir Cjapi at the Fier Prosecutor's Office on February 17, authorities issued an arrest warrant for Arben Isufaj, on charges of "intimidation due to duty."
