The fate of Ervis Martinaj is not yet known. Since August 9 of last year, when the family reported him missing, the investigation tracks have remained open, but there is still no information on the checks carried out as part of the operation.

Recently, it was the journalist Artan Hoxha who brought details of the operation for the disappearance of Vis Martinaj. In a post on Facebook, Hoxha writes that for more than two hours, the special forces have surrounded Martinaj's villa in Surrel, a few meters from Prime Minister Rama's residence.

The journalist writes that Martinaj's villa is monitored by a high security camera system and there are guards monitoring them.

According to Hoxha, sources close to the leaders of the operation say that it is related to the "Golden Bullet" operation after Nuredin Duman's testimony.

Hoxha's post:

In the end, the prosecution decided to raid the villa of Vis Martinaj, which is located just a few meters away from the residence of Prime Minister Edi Rama in Surrel.

For more than two hours, a large number of special forces have surrounded Martinaj's villa on the outskirts of the capital, while the judicial police are checking every area of it in detail.

Martinaj's villa is monitored by a high-resolution security camera system, while there is also a guard who takes care of its security.

The prosecution and the police have not yet given details about the order to raid the villa and its motivation.

Sources from the leaders of the action in Surrel, confirmed that the actions are being carried out as part of the SPAK investigation, in connection with the "Golden Bullet" operation, launched after the testimony of the associate of justice Nuredin Dumani.

It is not known why the prosecution was reminded so late to exercise control, in one of the premises where Martinaj lived during the last years.

After the control carried out 10 days ago at the residence of the Martinaj family in Fushe Kuqe, this is the second control carried out 5 months from the evening of August 9, 2022, when Ervis Martinaj disappeared without a trace in an area on the outskirts of Durres.
