The person you see in the photo is Jetnor Zhabolli, the 35-year-old who kept his mother, wife and minor daughter locked in the apartment.

He was put in handcuffs today, while during the search of the apartment, several security cameras were discovered with which Zhabolli used to monitor his family when he was not at home. He had also installed phone jammers so that they could not communicate.

In his testimony, the 35-year-old stated that he did it to protect them after one day he heard his wife talking to some people.

Two farewell letters written by Zhabolli's wife, who had attempted suicide several times due to psychological and physical violence, were also found in the apartment.
