The court of Elbasan leaves the members of Laert Haxhiu's group in prison

The Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction has left 11 members of Laert Haxhiu's criminal gang in prison.

It is learned that the court session was led by Judge Megi Strakosha, while earlier, the Head of the Prosecution of Elbasan, Kreshnik Ajazi, asked the Court for the "Prison arrest" measure for the 10 arrested members of Laert Haxhi's gang.

The members of this gang, which is suspected of at least 6 murders, ended up in handcuffs a few days ago after the police mega-operation coded "Never Forget".

It was the former member of Laert Haxhi's gang, Artan Tafani, who became the penitent of justice and revealed some of the many crimes that this gang had committed.

In his statements before the prosecutor's office, some of the most tragic criminal events in our country were revealed, which were committed by Laert Haxhi's gang, of which he was also a member, while the head of this gang is in Greece.

Laert Haxhiu has been arrested by the Greek authorities and is expected to be extradited to Albania to face justice.
