One of the two terrorists responsible for Sunday's attack in the Turkish capital has been identified.
PKK terrorist Hasan Oguz, codenamed Kanivar Erdal, was identified as a result of DNA research and analysis, the Turkish Interior Ministry announced.
A powerful explosion occurred in the center of the Turkish capital Ankara in the early hours of Sunday, Turkish media reported. The explosion in Ankara took place near the Parliament and Interior Ministry buildings.
One of the "terrorists" who arrived in the area in a van blew himself up, the second was killed. Two policemen were also injured in the exchange of fire.
