The CEC will decide tomorrow on the mandate of Fredi Beleri, the draft decision

The Central Election Commission will examine tomorrow the mandate of the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri.

In the draft decision drawn up by the CEC, it is estimated that Beleri, the elected Mayor of the Himar Municipality, cannot exercise this duty due to the prohibition that comes from the law 138/2015 "On guaranteeing the integrity of persons who are elected, appointed or exercise public functions" and it is expected to be discussed in connection with the early elections for the mayor of Himara.
