Demographic data for the second quarter of 2024 show that the number of births has marked a significant decrease, while fatalities are increasing, affecting the decrease in the number of the population.

According to INSTAT data, the number of births for the second quarter of 2024 is 5,269, marking a decrease of 3.4% compared to the second quarter of 2023.
