The questioning of Mustafa Lici was carried out in the premises of his house in the "Kiras" area of ​​Shkodra, since Mustafa himself was not able to go to the police premises, due to the funeral ceremony he had opened at home. for the murder of his son Hamza Lici with two bullets in the body.
