The former Minister of Social Affairs, Kosta Barka, has passed away. He held the post of minister during the Berisha government.
The DP deputy, Tritan Shehu, shared the sad news on social networks.
Tritan Shehu's post:
Kosta Barka is no longer among us! We all lost together a man with quality, character, special values.
We lost an irreplaceable friend. A citizen, deputy and minister with rare honesty!
A consistent politician, with clear and unwavering principles. An early democrat, symbol of the center and progressive vision.
It wasn't just Dropulli that lost, nor just Gjirokastra... PD lost everything. I lose it all! Sincere condolences to his family, friends, relatives and community, everyone! Let's always remember it as it was!
