SPAK has filed charges against three people suspected of preparing an assassination attempt on Inez Hajrulla.

SPAK has requested 11 years in prison for Leonard Luzi, 10 years in prison for Muharrem Korovesh and 2 years and 9 months in prison for Amarildo Nikolli.

All three defendants had their sentences reduced by 1/3 due to the summary trial.

On December 4, SPAK brought the case against Amarildo Nikolli Xhanej to trial, who is accused of planning, together with 3 others, the murder of Ervis Matodashaj and the strongman of Vlora, Inez Hajrulla.

SPAK's investigations, but also Amarildo Nikolli's testimony, revealed that the crime would be committed for revenge and to take control of gambling.

The person who ordered the assassination, according to SPAK, is Leonard Luzi, who was extradited from Spain on November 9.

Luzi created a structured criminal group, where Amarildo Nikolli would be the executor, and defendants Muharem Koroveshi and Erio Zejno, in the role of assistants.

Amarildo Nikolli became a character with the story of two sisters, who were set off a TNT bomb in Elbasan, resulting in the death of an innocent person in his apartment. One of the Nikolli sisters had a relationship with Xhanej, while the other with Nuredin Duman.
