Bajraktari Zef Vladaj spoke after holding the Assembly of Men who discussed opposing the IKMT action for the demolition of buildings without permits.

Vladaj, representative of Dukagjini and head of the Albanian Nationwide Reconciliation Mission, told Euronews Albania that Thethi welcomed everyone and that it was not reasonable to take this action.
