The KFOR mission in Kosovo reacted to the attack by the Serbian police in the North of Kosovo last Sunday.
In an official announcement, KFOR confirmed that it was ready to intervene after the attack on the Kosovo Police in Banjska, in case it was requested.
In the release, it is stated that the KFOR troops were at the scene, while the cooperation they had with other security institutions is also emphasized.
"Kosovo Police, EULEX and KFOR acted in close coordination, as first, second and third responsibility.
The commander of KFOR remains in regular contact with all those in charge, including EULEX, representatives of Kosovo institutions and security organizations in Kosovo, as well as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Serbia", says the reaction .
