Monocracy and monocracy

Monocracy and monocracy

By Lisandre Hoxha

Monocratic states have as their main feature the concentration of all powers in one person.

When laws do not originate from the legislature, but from the monocracy, causing the Parliament to lose its controlling role over the Government.

When independent institutions turn into servants of the monocrat and lose their power and balancing role.

When the Constitution and laws of the land are enforced according to the mood and interest of the monocrat.

When power becomes a tool to rule and not to serve.
In Monocracy the sovereign is no longer the citizen, but the ruler.

This is already the case of Albania.
We have returned to a Monocracy, led by Edi Rama.
All laws that Parliament passes originate from its will.
Parliamentarianism has lost its value and meaning, especially after 2019 when the opposition of the time left their mandates and their seats were replaced by some people who did not represent anything in politics.
The transformation of parliamentary life began there, losing the importance and meaning of the MP.
Our parliamentarism, also due to the way the lists are drawn up, has deteriorated significantly, diminishing the vital role of the people's elected representatives in democracy.
Edi Rama has benefited from this situation by leaving in his lists only kamikaze elements of his party, which for me should be identified with the famous expression of Taulant Balla told Ben Blush, "we love the Party more than Albania."
This sums up all the irresponsible behavior of the Socialist Party, which bears the burden of being the ruling party.
Edi Rama has annihilated the Parliament, taking unilateral decisions with the help of kamikaze deputies.
He single-handedly changed the law on investigative commissions, limiting the opposition's universal right to exist as an alternative in politics through the control and contestation of its public expenditures.

As Presidenti i Republikës, as Parlamenti dhe asnje institucion tjetër i pavarur nuk reaguan.

This is proof that a single man, Edi Rama, rules in Albania.
All other powers are simply the makeup of a democracy that does not exist.
Even the decisions of other institutions outside the government are previously agreed with him.
Justice is the biggest wound of all.
No prosecutor and no judge working today in the system of the so-called "new justice" can show integrity and professionalism due to the pressure of Monocrat Rama.
The few prosecutors and judges who escaped the party filters of the family members of the socialist kamikazes, who were elected in the vetting institutions, cannot withstand the pressure of the monocracy.
Their criminal decisions against some former public officials leave much to be desired.
The former Minister of the Interior, who cannabisized the country, was sentenced less than a teenager who is arrested with 5 grams of cannabis.
The former Mayor of Durrës, the former Minister of the Environment, etc., are facing ridiculous accusations in relation to the weight of their guilt.
Even the actions of SPAK towards the President of the DP, Sali Berisha, prove that the law and the Constitution are not the norms that regulate their work, but it is the order of the monocrat that prevails.
"New Justice" has nothing new in it.
If their job is to present statistics of drug dealers as a success, while our country has become Europe's main supplier of cocaine, this is disappointing.
Today, even our European and American partners have realized that the Rama Monocracy must be dealt a final blow.
Albania is no longer a reliable partner, as the major corruption of the Rama Government has exceeded all limits.
Our partners are seriously concerned about the fate of Albania.
For this reason, Europe has stopped the integration process and imposes additional conditions at every summit, while the United States of America has "blocked" Edi Rama because they are "afraid that he will corrupt them", as he did with Charles McGonigal.
Today, Rama is the black sheep of Europe.
Albanians, in order to change their everyday life, must oust Edi Rama from power.
If you complain about the price of oil, Edi Rama is to blame.
If you haven't solved the property issue, it's Edi Rama's fault.
If you are unemployed, Edi Rama is to blame.
If you don't get the pension to survive, it's Edi Rama's fault.
If you complain about certain public services, Edi Rama is to blame.
Without removing Edi Rama, this country will not have democracy, separation of powers, independent justice, development and progress.
Monocracy ends on the day when citizens gather at the door of the Prime Minister's Office to prevent the Monocracy Rama from leaving power.
