Dua Lipa came to Gaza's defense: I'm ready to get hit

Dua Lipa in an interview recently spoke about her statuses on social networks where she defended Gaza.

In October she and other celebrities, including Channing Tatum, formed a group called Artists4Ceasefire.

They wrote an open letter to President Biden explaining that they have come together as artists and advocates to witness the loss and horrors of the Israel-Palestine war.
Speaking to the Radio Times this week, she said talking about the war was a 'big decision'.

"When I talk about things that are political, I double, triple check myself to be, OK. This is about something that is much bigger than me and it is necessary. You'll always be dealing with other people's reactions and opinions, so it's a big decision. I balance it, because at the end of the day, I think it's for the greater good, so I'm willing to take that shot," says Dua Lipa.
