The Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj has accused the opposition of orchestrating the violence in the protests that have involved the country in the last 4 days for the murder of Klodian Rasha.

In an interview for Report Tv, Gjonaj says that there are images with voice and images that prove that behind the protests of minors are PD and LSI.

"Absolutely. As the Minister of Justice, as the Prime Minister of every citizen, I must leave it to the justice authorities. I am touched by the letter written by Klodjan Rasha's father. Violent protests will not do justice to the 25-year-old. The statements of the international community have made it clear to the ambassadors that protests are an important mechanism for democracy but when they return violently they are illegal.

We should all have the opportunity to call on the organizers to avoid acts of violence. We have seen exponents of political parties who have been part of these protests. The prosecution must investigate who is behind the juvenile protests. They have no idea what they are doing. The pictures with sound show that they were political actors of PD and LSI. I do not believe that anyone thinks that Voltana Ademi was not in protest when we have her voice and image. "I do not expect the mayor to take stones to strike at the protest" - said Gjonaj.

The Minister of Justice, Etilda Gonaj said that it is unacceptable and unfortunate how the mayor, referring to Voltana Ademi, incites juveniles to violence.

"It is very difficult to rehabilitate juveniles who have committed criminal offenses and today the opposition encourages them to commit violent acts. It is a disaster where a mayor encourages juveniles to commit these acts. The juveniles are completely disorganized. "in the way they commit acts of violence and are harming other citizens, not only the police," said Gjonaj.

Regarding yesterday's protest in Shkodra, which culminated in the destruction of the Socialist Party headquarters, Minister Gjonaj stated that those who incite minors to acts of violence are sentenced to up to 4 years in prison.

“Sot vëmë re se kemi një protestë të dhunshme. Nuk meriton të konsiderohet protestë përsa kohë që lidhet me aktet e dhunës. Të miturit janë nxitur nga segmente politike të PD-së dhe LSI-së. Janë përdorur nga subjekte politikë duke qenë dhe vetë prezent në protestë sikur ishte dhe rasti i Shkodrës. Të gjithë personat që nxisin akte të ndryshme penale përmes të miturve nën 14 vjeç dënohen deri më 4 vite burg. Kjo është një fatqetësi shumë e madhe sidomos nga ato parti që flasin shumë për të rinjtë, se si këto largohen dhe se duhet të kenë më shumë vëmendje, por nga ana tjetër i përdorin" - tha Gjonaj.

Kujtojmë se, Policia e Shtetit ka filluar procedim penal për 8 persona në Shkodër, mes të cilëve edhe kryebashkiaken Voltana Ademi, nën akuzën për organizim të protestave të paligjshme.
