Prime Minister Edi Rama's chair   in the Parliament hall remained empty for a few moments during the plenary session, drawing attention in the hall.

During this moment, Foreign Minister  Ferit Hoxha  temporarily sat in the Prime Minister's seat, while talking with Deputy Prime Minister  Albana Koçiu .

According to sources from the Parliament, an Administration employee immediately intervened, asking the minister to leave the chair, arguing that it is reserved only for the head of government.
