After a marathon session in the Assembly, in contrast to the previous two cases, the socialists chose after midnight on Thursday, to abstain this time in the majority (65 votes) and only 9 spoke against.
Deputy Xhaçka herself did not participate in the vote even though she was present in the hall. Meanwhile, the 9 deputies who voted against were: Jurgis Çyrbja, Bledi Çuçi, Damian Gjiknuri, Anduel Tahiraj, Paulin Stërkaj, Petro Koçi, Klodiana Spahiu, Shkëlqzim Bullari and Bujar Çela. Even Prime Minister Rama, who was not present in the hall, did not participate in the vote.
