As education faces the lack of students, Prime Minister Edi Rama from Berati also pointed to the lack of staff. He called on retired teachers to return to work, but with reduced hours.
According to him, this request comes as an opportunity to increase qualification in the market.
"I invite many retired teachers to work as teachers with a reduced schedule, in a special concern related to the supervision and the ease that should have in terms of communication the work process of vocational education students in the enterprise, as part of the dual system that we are deepening and it is necessary to give the market faster and more qualified support", said Rama.
