"I'm not Niko"/ Peleshi "clashes" with Ulsi Manja

Ulsi Manja requested the floor to respond after the speech of DP leader Sali Berisha, claiming that his name was mentioned by the Democratic Party leader.

But the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, refused, stating that he could not give him the floor because the discussions had a set time limit.

"It's not possible, we are in discussions with a set time limit. At 4:00 p.m. all discussions should have ended! I am not Niko (addressing Manja)," said Peleshi, while the opposition erupted in applause and ovations.

"Mr. Manja said it from the beginning, there will be no interruptions for procedure and replies. When it's your turn, you will speak. According to the regulations, we have an agreed-upon time limit. You cannot do this when it's your turn," Peleshi continued, giving the floor to the leader of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla.
