Floods in Vlora, Rama 'washes his hands' and returns to the mayors:

A few days after Vlora turned into a flooded disaster, Prime Minister Edi Rama gathered the mayors whom he criticized for their reaction to floods or fires.

"It is a fact that we will face fires in the summer and floods in the fall. We saw what happened in Austria and when Vlora was flooded. We saw what happened in Bosnia. There is a simple explanation beyond analysis, that the precipitation pattern has changed.
