Rama in Durrës with a "medical prescription": The

Prime Minister Edi Rama has continued his long electoral tour, this time with a stop in Durrës, where, for the umpteenth time, he tried to play the role of political psychiatrist. With a strange “diagnosis”, Rama called the Democratic Party “sick”, while also offering a very original “therapy”: not voting for it.

In a scene that resembled more a stand-up comedy show than a serious electoral rally, the country's prime minister asked women to "put their men to sleep" if they intend to vote for the opposition. Apparently, for Rama, democracy no longer works with conviction and ideas, but with deep sleep and caution towards "brothers-in-law."

“You can heal that party by letting that swamp dry up,” Rama said, perhaps forgetting that he himself has become the unchanging swamp of the Albanian transition. “Are they not çyryk,” Rama asked of the opposition, while citizens ask the same thing about his long and overlong governance.
