7 questions for the head of SPAK: Have you registered Erion Veliaj in the register of criminal offences?

The leader of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, through a statement to the media, addressed 7 questions to the leader of SPAK, Altin Dumani. After the report made in the parliament, Kelliçi asked Dumani if ​​they registered Erion Veliaj in the register of criminal offenses or not.

Meanwhile, he has called for a protest at the Municipality of Tirana, for Thursday, July 18, at 11:00.

Declaration:

Yesterday, in a marathon session, the deputies of the Democratic Party, for around 4 hours, asked the Head of SPAK Altin Duman, regarding the investigations of the biggest corruption cases in the country.

Mr. Dumani was asked several times about the investigative procedural actions that are being followed for the mega affair of the Tirana incinerator. Mr. Dumani was asked to clarify to the Albanian citizens whether or not there were new coercive measures for this mega affair.

The head of SPAK decided not to answer, but above all he mocked the MPs by telling them that you are the whistleblowers and it is enough to send a request for information and it will be made available to them.

Asked by Deputy Elda Hoti, not about her opinions, but about all the findings of the Court of Special Appeal for not investigating the other corrupt affair of the Structured Criminal Group led by Erion Veliaj 5D Konstruksion, Altin Dumani with special support of Ermonela Felajt, tried to block the questions and in the end decided not to answer.

The findings of the Court of Special Appeal, Altin Dumani called it an insult to his work and in this case again Mr. Duman requested an official letter from the complainant.

In the capacity of the complainant of this unprecedented theft in Tirana Municipality, I officially addressed the Head of the Special Prosecution today, where I requested the following data:

1- Have you evaluated the findings and assessments of the Special Court of Appeal? (estimates which we will make public in the following days for all citizens)

2- Has the Holder of the Contracting Authority been identified?

3- How many tendering procedures benefited by the entity 5D Construction have been evaluated in violation of the law?

4- Are the building permits obtained by this subject with the signature of Mayor Erion Veliaj part of the investigation?

5- Has the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, been registered by you in the register of notifications of criminal offences?

6- Have you identified which are the 4 construction companies owned by these citizens (given from the act-expertise of the phone of the employee Jona Bejko)?

7- Have the investigative actions required in the report been carried out for the ownership documentation of the lands on which construction permits were approved for the subject 5D Construction?

Today we performed our task, according to the request of the Head of SPAK Altin Dumani. In the same way, we expect from Mr. Dumani that he also implements the law and the decisions of the courts.

Meanwhile, we guarantee the citizens of Tirana and the whole of Albania that the Democratic Party will not stop the protests and the investigation of the thefts being carried out by the Structured Criminal Group in the Municipality of Tirana, under the leadership of the head of this group, Erion Veliaj.

Tomorrow afternoon, Thursday, July 18, at 11:00, we protest again against the thefts in the Tirana Municipality and the amnesty that is being given to the chief thief of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.
