Something that even the craziest mind could not have predicted, the statues toppled 34 years ago have once again seized Albania.

December 8th has been hijacked today by those who were overthrown as the culprits, persecutors, and criminals of an entire people.

Today, December 8, the holiday of freedom, has been hijacked by the most ferocious enemies of freedom of speech and free voting.

December 8th finds Albanians with a usurper of power like Edi Rama, blacker and more despicable than the communists themselves overthrown 34 years ago.

December 8th finds Albanians today facing a narco-state, the darkest variant of the neo-communists' mix with the mafia and drug trafficking.

December 8th finds Albanians without a state, but with power handed over to every kind of villain, stealing Albanian tax money, laundering money, trafficking drugs, trafficking human beings, plundering property and everything.

December 8th unfortunately finds many Albanians with only one solution: to leave their country because they cannot survive.

December 8th finds thousands of young people more hopeless than ever and with only one solution: leaving the country.

December 8th finds Albanians more defenseless than ever in the face of injustice and more unequal than ever in the face of the law, which only serves government thugs and mafia drug lords.

December 8th finds thousands of pensioners poorer and more destitute than ever, even worse than during the dictatorship.

December 8th finds Albanians today facing those whose fathers led Albanians to the misery of bread and hunger.

December 8th today is a heartbreaking cry to rise up stronger and more determined than ever, to regain our freedom and to breathe peacefully and freely in the homeland inherited from our grandparents and great-grandparents, which thus freely belongs to our children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

December 8th is today a nationwide order to overthrow every usurper of power and freedoms and to be vigilant and to protect our freedom forever.
