The deputy of the Democratic Party, Oerd Bylyklbashi, spoke about the draft approved today by the SP and PD for the Electoral Reform.

Asked if he would run in the city of Durrës in the 2/3 part of the electoral list and not in 1/3 of the electoral list which consists of the candidates chosen by the mayor, the deputy expressed to Euronews Albania his preference for contested in a majority system, like that of 2005. 

"I will respond to any kind of decision of the Democratic Party. I myself prefer, in the face of an open list or a system like that of 2005, which was contested in the majority system, I choose the majority system. So to compete against my political opponent, not against my colleague, who should take the mandate from whom ", said Bylykbashi.
