The Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party will ask the Assembly to send the mandate of the socialist deputy to the Constitutional Court, as it claims that it has benefited from income from the State Budget, worth several million lek, through its 9 private companies, during the period where also exercises the mandate of the deputy.
"Deputy Vullnet Sina announced as a "champion deputy" by Edi Rama in the last Congress of the Socialist Party, it turns out that he was a champion in benefiting from public money in flagrant violation of the Constitution.
The motion, together with all the evidence that his companies have benefited from payments of millions of Lek, consistently from the State Budget, is being prepared and will be submitted during this week officially to the Assembly" , says the PD announcement.
