Berisha: Rama has sensed the end, that's why he doesn't meet any

Mayor Sali Berisha, during a meeting with residents of Tirana's 11th district, where the president of the Order of Malta, Fra' John T. Dunlap, and the Croatian minister, Nina Obuljen, were present, presented the program of the DP and the Alliance for a Greater Albania for the upcoming elections.

He stated that Rama has sensed the political end and citizens are ready for change.

Berisha : Friends, Edi Rama has felt the end.
For two months he has not dared to meet a journalist, let alone citizens, because he does not answer for any of his big affairs.
For two months he has ordered his candidates to confront our candidates, because he does not want you to find out the truth, because he knows that they cannot come out, that when they leave the studios, they will come out with their faces blackened by the affairs of Edi Rama and other government officials. I
have invited him, I invite him again here, to come to this stage and have a debate in front of you, to take all the socialists in the neighborhood and bring them here, I accept them, I respect them, but he does not trust the socialists either. He
does not trust that this time they also understood that he has no program. His program is a swamp, it is a tallavaja, it is banality, it is deception.
My friends, the program of the DP and the Alliance for Greater Albania is the program to eradicate extreme poverty within 100 days.
Every Albanian, every pensioner, every unemployed person, every person on economic assistance, every student with a scholarship, every child with one parent, will have the living minimum of 200 euros.
The minimum wage in Albania will increase to 500 euros.
The government will give low-wage and pension citizens a consumer card. They will get food 20 percent cheaper than others.
I guarantee that an emergency response will be given to the catastrophic health situation in this country.
Citizens, INSTAT itself informed that Albanians pay 820 million out of pocket for health care in a year. The bread bill in a year in Albania is 220 million euros. The health care bill is 820 million euros. Four times more.
But why is this? Because the mafia has deeply invaded the health system.
Because the government officials, their chief executives, embezzle, steal your taxes with which medicines should be purchased, equipment should be purchased.
And worse, the equipment is left broken so that you go to the private sector or cannot do it.
With their corrupt partnerships, citizens can only do public tests for the first 20 days of the month. The other 10 days, no tests. All in the private sector.
Friends, there is no such ruthless, irresponsible system anywhere.
You heard Edi Rama three months ago, he was forced to admit that crimes against humanity were committed in the Oncology Hospital.
Yes, because the sick were not given the medicines to treat the disease. Or they were given medicines that were ineffective.
Now, this man who declared three months ago that crimes were committed in the Oncology Hospital, did he take any measures? He did not take any measures because he has no soul.
For that, people are to be despised.
They are to be humiliated.
There is a greater humiliation... you have a budget ahead to allocate 8 billion and when it comes to it you declare that you have left a total of 16 million euros for pensioners.
And when we tell him as the opposition that this is a mistake, he says that if we do what you say, we will fall into the abyss.
No, we will not fall into the abyss. But he steals pensions, because with those pensions he transfers the money to roads, which he builds at a price ten times higher than the European price.
He uses it for luxury, for travel, and therefore pensions do not increase.
