The General Secretary of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has shown how 5 minutes of rain is enough to flood Tirana.

In a post on Facebook, Blushi shared images from the flooded capital and wrote that with an annual budget of 330 million euros, the municipality does not spend a penny to unblock the sewers.
