The Secretary General of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has commented on the 2025 budget, which was approved the day before (December 3) in the Assembly.

Blushi said in a press conference that the budget is "the biggest theft in the history of Albania", which will deepen poverty even more.

"The budget for 2025 approved last night with the votes of "Renaissance" is the budget of the biggest theft in the history of Albania, the most anti-social budget and the budget for the further deepening of undeserved poverty for ordinary citizens, pensioners, the unemployed and the poor in need".

Focusing on several issues, he also spoke about public investments, which he described as "cesspools of corruption".

Blushi mentioned the Korçë-Ersekë axis, which collapsed before it was inaugurated, as well as the additional fund of 50 million euros for the Llogara tunnel.

"We have an 11.7% increase or 112.3 billion lek for theft with florin roads and supposedly public investments, which in fact are septic tanks of corruption such as the Korçë-Ersekë road that collapsed before it was inaugurated or as were the tips similar to that of Llogara tunnel that was paid about 50 million euros", he said.
