The meeting of the Security Commission has been accompanied by tensions and debates.

The opposition MPs did not allow discussions focusing on the agreement on refugees, signed by Prime Minister Rama and Giorgia Meloni.

Democratic deputy Edmond Spaho addressed the socialists, asking them to take responsibility and reflect on the created situation.

"You have responsibility. If you were in principled positions, we would not have reached here. Reflect and ask for normality to return ," said Spaho.

The agreement for refugees was ratified by the Albanian government, while the Italian government approved it yesterday in Parliament. The agreement has already been passed by the Parliament of Albania and is expected to be reviewed within this month.
