Political leaders in the districts, Lela: Representative list, but not to photocopy Rama's lists

The Director of Communication in the Democratic Party, Alfred Lela commented on the decisions taken the day before at the meeting of the Presidency of the Democratic Party. Invited to the show 'Breaking' on Top News, Lela stopped at the election of the 12 political leaders in the districts a few months before the 2025 parliamentary elections, calling it a representative list.

Regarding Mrs. Edith Harxhi's remark, Lela said that women will be represented, as they will receive 30% of the list of DP deputies and 30% of the DP parliamentary group tomorrow.  

At yesterday's meeting of the DP Central Committee, there were important decisions regarding the political leaders in the districts, there were no shortage of debates... The list published yesterday ensures a good result for the DP tomorrow in the elections?

It is not the list of 12 disciples, it is 12 prominent political representatives. We should not look for a perfect list because there is no such list even in the USA. In my opinion, it is a good, representative list, the second one makes the union and the opposition needs a union even with the leftists. Has there been a list that has not awakened its discontents that has not awakened its discontents? There wasn't any.

Will there be a list that will not be such that it does not arouse dissatisfaction? Even if the 12 disciples of Jesus Christ were in it, the list would look incomplete to someone else.

It is a political list that takes many things into account, but it cannot take everyone into account because it is impossible in a party which on the worst day collects 600 thousand votes like the DP and has to choose 12 representatives. 

You say that it is representative, but Edith Harxhi has expressed displeasure in the media about the lack of gender representation. Is it a handicap?

Mrs. Harxhi is right. That's why I said that the list is not perfect because things on the ground are what they are. Women will be represented, as they will receive 30% of the list of DP deputies and 30% of the DP parliamentary group tomorrow. These are tactical moves. For democratic women, it is the goal, not the tactics, that is important.

Is the list of political leaders related to the list of deputies or will it be a different process for those who compete in the safe list and those who will compete in the primaries.

Sali Berisha made it clear yesterday at the meeting in one of the points of the speech where he said that there will be primaries, so there will be submission to the race. 

Does it make sense that they are also the leaders of the districts? I would prefer to leave them out and have started work since yesterday and they don't have to deal with one race to find themselves in another race, and they enable PD a victory. 

At the end of the day, they were elected and received that vote of confidence once. They should communicate the DP race in the next election and not their race.

Nuk ka platformë, e vetmja është e drejta sepse është i izoluar prej 8 muajsh pa asnjë akuzë. Në demokraci kemi rënë dakord që gjendet akuza, prova e fajit dhe më pas persekutohet e ndiqet ligjërisht. Në këtë rast ndodh e kundërta. E vetmja gjë është clirimi Berishën nga shkallët e gjyqësorit këtu që të shkojë në gjykatë evropiane që i është qartësisht mohuar.

Sa i takon primareve, nga eksperica çfarë tregoi përballja për zgjedhjet vebdore. A beson që do gjendet pjekuria e kandidatëve që ndoshta mund të mos fitojnë ta mbështesin partinë?

Sentimentet njerëzore është vëhstirë për ti parashikuar, por vazhdta e gjërave kështu ka qenë që mosfituesit do luajnë të pakqënaurin. Do ketë të tillë por mendoj se duhet mbajtur në sy qëllimi si rasti i zonjë Harxhi, nuk është taktika por qëllimi që është i njëjtë për të gjithë, të mundet Edi Rama dhe të ndodhë rotacioni pasi vendi e ka të nevojshëm. Po u mbajt në sy ky qëllim të tjerat janë tekste dhe jo thelbi.

Po kërkohet qeveri teknike. Kio kërkesë është ultimative? Opozita pati përcvojë më qeveri gjysmë teknike në 2017, megjithatë ministrat u ankuan se nuk kishin pushtet real si rasti i z. Demiraj. Beson se mund të jetë ndryshe nëse miratohet ketë këtë herë?

Qeveria teknike nuk është që PD të përfaqësohet në një qeveri kalimtare, por ajo që është mbi qeverinë qeverinë , formula të bëhen zgjedhje të lira dhe jo votime. Ajo është në dispozion të kësaj nevojë kombëtare, të tjerat janë dytësore.

Benefiti është kombëtar dhe është kthimi i institucuinit të zgjedhjevenë zemër të demokracisë. Në zgjedhjet e fundit është institucioin i rënë.

Unë ju pyeta nëse kërkesë është ultimative pasi Rama në atë kohë nga ish zv ndihmës amerikan i shtetit pati presion dhe pranoi të japë vetëm 6 ministri. Sot Berisha nuk ka raporte të mira me ndërkombëtarët, ndaj cili mund të jetë mekanizmi që ta bëjë Ramën të pranojë një kërkesë të tillë?

Will there be new names from the "closed" list of DP candidates who do not have greater political support but could do a good job in the gray electorate?

I think so, but it is too early to predict, but as a formula it stands. The public will see and be represented. You ask for such a level that it will be given to you. District leaders were appointed yesterday and will do the work to guarantee winning lists that I hope will not be attempted to photocopy Rama's lists.

So not Rama's strongman, our strongman, Rama's oligarch, his opposite. A little thinking is needed from the leaders of the districts. The smell of the electorate on a national scale is a little more refined than the politicians who, sometimes having contacts only within the echo chamber, lose this sense of smell as they need contact with every interest group, especially those who do not come out to vote.
