Manuals 184 and Çyrbja are being implemented by Rama and Manja among Lezha immigrants in Italy, Dumani should urgently land in Lezha!

For weeks now, I have been raising the alarm that Lezha is the region with the highest risk in the country for the implementation of Manual 184, but so far we have been left alone by SPAK and the State Police in confronting those whom Edi Rama has decided to make electoral sacrifices in Lezha, Mirditë and Kurbin.

Syri Televizione has published a film showing how an immigrant at the DHL offices in Italy is instructed over the phone by a patron to vote for a Socialist Party candidate in the Lezha Region.

The names of Ulsi Manja and Ermal Pacaj are being mentioned, so today I urgently call on the SPAK Task Force to be put into action and Altin Dumani to land in Lezha, a region where attempts are being made to implement Manual 184 and the Çyrbja Manual.

We are clearly facing a serious electoral crime and the seizure of phones alone is enough to expose the crime they are committing.

I call on the State Election Commission to distance itself from this electoral crime and the head of this institution, Ilirjan Celibashi, to provide clarifications on the published material, on the DHL office, and to make all data available to SPAK.

The immigrant vote is an achievement and we will not allow these miserable patronizing electoral criminals to desecrate and tarnish the vote of immigrants from Lezghian, as our immigrants are a story of pain and contribution.

I call on Edi Rama and Ulsi Manja to abandon the methods of Manual 184 because the residents of Lezha, Mirdita and Kurbin have no intention of submitting to you and do not try to provoke and intimidate them because you will face consequences.

I call on the immigrants of the Lezha District to come out en masse to vote because the vote is safe and the pressures that they control your vote are simply threats and the mass vote is a cure against manipulation.

These people only control the votes they have bought and for the bought votes they will face the law because the electoral amnesty period of Manual 184 has ended.
