The Supreme Court dismissed the appeals of Berisha and Malltez, Gjokutaj:

Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has reacted after the Supreme Court dismissed this Tuesday the appeal of the head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltez, for the revocation and replacement of the security measure, in connection with the investigation of the Partizani file.

The High Court in terms of the judicial hierarchy, but the lowest in terms of professional level, today once again recited the refrain of rejecting the requests of the Leader of the Opposition Sali Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi!

This ritual was performed by the judicial body for which we have requested the exception, since it is in relation to the revocation of the security measures, and this judicial body has litigated them (the security measures) in contradiction with the European Charter of Human Rights, the Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code, deliberately avoiding the evaluation of the invalidity of these measures!

This has been a legal obligation of this Court, but the judges who break the law and leave the Leader of the Opposition in solitary confinement cannot release him afterwards! Because such is the political order!

Judicial practice recognizes the recidivism of defendants as repeat offenders!
