The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in his speech at the civic gathering, revealed the "tricks" used by the leader of SPAK, Altin Dumani, to avoid the investigation against the mayor Erion Veliaj.

According to the chief democrat, Duman does not qualify the investigation against the directors of the municipality of Tirana as a criminal group, avoiding Erion Veliaj.
