Kelliçi denounces SPAK money: The money that the farmers should have received was taken by the director of the Tirana incinerator

The Democratic Party has continued its denunciations before SPAK about the incinerator affair.

The Political Leader of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi and the Coordinator for Tirana, Klevis Balliu, denounced the case of Elton Bualli, the director of the Tirana incinerator, who has benefited from EU IPARD funds, which should have gone to Albanian farmers.

Kelliçi stated that with these funds, Bualli has set up a greenhouse, which has not yet been seized by SPAK.

"We started the series of denunciations in front of SPAK offices for what is now called the partner organization of the SP. We came to follow up the denunciations for a member of the structured criminal group of Tirana's incinerator, Elton Buallin.

The first conflicts and denunciations about this individual who was the director of Tirana's incinerator started in the confrontation we had on October 18, 2020, where together with MP Ina Zhupa we made the first denunciation at the landfill.

Then in August 2021, Klevis issued the vast majority of documents for this citizen.

For four years in a row, PD has held dozens of statements and conferences about this individual, who apparently SPAK has forgotten that he is part of the structured criminal group of the Tirana incinerator.

We are talking about the individual who has appeared many times as the director of the incinerator of Tirana, the incinerator of Fier, in communications in Zimbabwe, in communications with Mirel Mërtir, in key communications with the Municipality of Tirana where it was decided where the soils would be deposited and in projects worth hundreds of millions of euros in the resorts where the owners of the Tirana incinerator in Tunisia would invest.

This individual borrowed 500,000 euros from Klodian Zoto's ITS to buy a piece of land and this is one of the two land purchase contracts at the Sharra landfill.

And then to apply through Stella Gugalles to AZHBR and to benefit 310 thousand euros from the funds of the IPARD program.

So, the money that should have been received by those who work in agriculture, our farmers, was taken by the director of the Tirana incinerator together with Stela Gugallen to build a greenhouse.

Which even today as we speak continues to not be seized by SPAK.

I don't know how many documents we still need to bring to SPAK. But even if the mail didn't work, today we did it in the biggest format to clarify to come to the aid of the prosecutors to clarify the biggest affair that Albania and Tirana has seen, which is the incinerator of Tirana, until now it cost 132 million euros from our taxes.

The head of this structured criminal group continues to be Erion Veliaj.

I invite the citizens again tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. to be part of the 18th protest in front of Tirana City Hall against corruption, theft, Tirana's incinerator and the 5D gang," Kelliçi declared.
