Belind Kelliçi spoke harshly to Erion Veliaj from the opposition protest in front of the Tirana municipality.

Kelliçi said that Veliaj, as the biggest tax thief, is mocking and humiliating SPAK. Kelliçi emphasized that with the latest behavior, SPAK with its own behavior is showing that they are "employees of the Tirana water supply".
