The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, in his speech during the opposition protest, warned that very soon they will file two lawsuits in SPAK against two administrators of two former municipalities, Arben Maloku of Zall Herit and Kujtim Qefalia of Dajti.

"We have sent them to SPAK, they are part of the 5D file and the new accusations that have been made, because we also discovered the two administrators of the former municipalities, which is the case of Zall Her, Arben Maloku and the case of Dajti Kujtim Qefalia. This material is also being prepared to be deposited in SPAK soon.

Whatever we have done, we have not been satisfied with public statements, but we also have documents that we have deposited in SPAK to do its work.
