Kushi sued Vokshi for defamation by the Special Court: Minister to resign, degraded education

Democrat MP Albana Vokshi appeared today in the Special Court after the defamation lawsuit that the Minister of Education filed for Vokshi, when the latter denounced the issuance of exam theses for teachers of the pre-university system.

In a statement to the media, Vokshi said from the Special Court that Kushi had not appeared at the hearing as he demanded the resignation of the minister from office.

"Time proved that the questions were the same ones that were sent to my inbox by a teacher. This shows the degradation of the education system. Evis Kushi has legal responsibilities, has moral responsibilities and political responsibilities. "She should have resigned ," said Vokshi.

The Democratic MP invited all parents to join the July 7 protest.

Vokshi Statement:

Today I appeared in person before the Special Court after the lawsuit of the Minister of Education Evis Kushi. The lady sued me for the denunciation made by me, a few weeks ago, after the signals of the teachers of the Elbasan district for the issuance and distribution of exam theses for the teachers of pre-university education.

It was the first conciliation session, but surprisingly, Minister Kushi was not present at the session as required by law.

I had with me all the evidence and facts, but although not the consequences for the mismanagement of processes in the Ministry of Education, one of which, the test for evaluators of pre-university education. I found it impossible to present this evidence after Minister Kushi decided not to appear. 

I asked the court to summon Minister Kushi to the hearing, to present in his presence according to the law, all the facts and evidence which he has denounced and I will continue to denounce.

The minister spends as much time in court doing the innocent, but it would be in her honor and morals to have resigned immediately.

Evis Kushi ka përgjegjësi ligjore, ka përgjegjësi morale dhe përgjegjësi politike. Ajo duhet të kishte dhënë dorëheqjen.

Testet e maturës theksuan edhe njëherë gjendjen e rende te këtij sistemi. Kjo qeveri është armike e dijes dhe e zhvillimit. Nxënësit tanë po lenë shkollën dhe braktisin Shqipërinë. Pa dijen, pa arsimin, pa rininë, Shqipëria është në rrezik.

Si prind, u bëj thirrje nxënesve dhe prindërve të tyre, t’i bashkohen protestës më 7 korrik.
