Malltezi reacts with irony to the decision of the judge Irena Gjoka: "Afremendsh" - the most honorable of these of the class war
Jamarbër Malltezi has reacted with irony after the publication of a decision of judge Irena Gjoka, which was announced three days after the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office. In a post on social networks, Malltezi writes: "'Afħermendsh' - the most honorable of these class wars."
According to Malltez, the 200-page decision that was published has raised doubts about the judicial process, suggesting that this decision could be a simple copy of the prosecution's request. He points out that a judge cannot read and analyze such a lengthy petition, including 150 pages of pleadings and 42 bundles of 20,000 pages, and write a 200-page decision in just three days.
Malltezi cites the German standard for reading comprehension, which is between 80-100 pages per day, and the UN standard for typists, which is around 40-50 pages per day. He suggests that this process could have been realized only if the court had a one-sided communication with the prosecution, copying its request instead of analyzing it.
