Malltezi unravels the scheme: How Rama cleans the drug money by announcing

The member of the DP National Council, Jamarbër Malltezi, accuses Prime Minister Edi Rama of laundering drug money by declaring traffickers "strategic investors".

"The drug state & money laundering destroyed tourism. Edi Rama cleans drug money by announcing traffickers as "strategic investors" - they get land and infrastructure for free and then increase prices by cleaning the millions paid in only 6% tax on tourism" , writes Malltezi on social networks .

Further, he reveals the scheme used by drug trafficking groups for money laundering and compares it to what happens in Albania, according to him.

"Drug groups in America to launder money used to go to the casino and put half of the money in the red and half in the black. Because of these variants, it comes out with 50% of the laundered money (so you lose 50% but clean 50%) .

In Albania, there is no need to spend 50% as 6% tourism tax is enough. He increases the prices more expensive than Honolulu and pretends that there was turnover with cash payments and cleans millions with only 6%, but once destroying the tourism industry" , writes Malltezi.
