Massacre in Shkodër/Spahia: Consequence of the government's symbiosis with the gangs
The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Bardh Spahia, while calling the death toll in yesterday's attack in Shkodër a balance of war, added that the serious event was the result of the government's symbiosis with the gangs.
" Yesterday was a day of struggle for Shkodra. I said it during another interview ... so we don't forget ... yesterday, it started with the burning of two vehicles used by a police officer, in the morning, and continued at lunch with a terrible massacre that has shocked public opinion Shkodran, who today feels terrorized under the hoof of crime and even worse feels completely alone in the face of this phenomenon which currently dominates public life in Shkodër.
It is not the result of an open-air robbery, but it is certainly a consequence of that symbiotic relationship between organized crime and certain segments of the state, which should have been in the fight against crime, but have actually turned into a support for organized crime and undoubtedly the support given by the Albanian government and law enforcement institutions.
It's no longer a puzzle at all now.
I have said it and I continue to say it... that every Shkodran knows the direct connection of Prime Minister Rama with characters of the world of crime in Shkodër, the guarantees and protection he gives you, the freedom, because he has a relationship of interests where crime helps the vote for Rama , and he says his favors by protecting crime and leaving the territory in the hands of organized crime.
Those who suffer the most, directly, are the citizens of Shkodra.
I am referring to Shkodra, but the same situation is in all of Albania, but symbolically, Shkodra today is totally under the control of crime." added Spahia as a guest this evening on 'Çim Peka Live' on Syri Tv.
