The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Bardh Spahia, while calling the death toll in yesterday's attack in Shkodër a balance of war, added that the serious event was the result of the government's symbiosis with the gangs.

 " Yesterday was a day of struggle for Shkodra. It is not the result of an open-air robbery, but it is certainly a consequence of that symbiotic relationship between organized crime and certain segments of the state, which should have been in the fight against crime, but have actually turned into a support for organized crime and undoubtedly the support given by the Albanian government and law enforcement institutions.
