Monika Kryemadhi resigns from the leadership of LSI, Meta is appointed head of

Monika Kryemadhi has resigned from the leadership of LSI. The decision was taken at the Convention of this political force.

Changes to the Statute are now in effect.

"Based on these statutory changes, and specifically in reflection of the very serious situation that the country is experiencing, which burdens us with many times greater responsibilities than until now, I have the privilege of presenting to the Convention, the proposal of a group members of the Convention, for changing the name of the party from the Socialist Movement for Integration to the Freedom Party

I also propose to the National Convention, after the submission of the resignation of the Chair of the LSI, Monika Kryemadhi, as well as in the conditions where all other leadership structures have expired, the creation of the Organizing Committee, with the following duties:

The Organizing Committee, charged by the National Convention, for the direction of the party and its representation at all levels.

The Organizing Committee will lead the party's activities for the preparation of the National Convention, which will be held within two months.

The head of the Organizing Committee is Mr. Ilir Meta and the Deputy Chairman is Mr. Agim Nesho.

These changes come into effect immediately ", said Secretary Endrit Braimllari.
