From Jurgis Çyrbja to Ardian Çela / PD brings 42 names to SPAK, why does he accuse them

The Democratic Party has filed with the SPAK two criminal charges against administration employees and socialist officials in the Durrës Region.

The first lawsuit is against the socialist MP Jurgis Çyrbja, where the DP accuses him of abuse of office at the time when he was director of the Durrës Mortgage. The political leader of the Democratic Party in Durrës, Edi Paloka said in a statement to the media showed one of the cases that led them to SPAK where Çyrbja within the same day had signed to give the same property to two different people. Paloka stated that even today Çyrbja goes to the Durrës Mortgage every day as if he were still the director and distributes ownership documents or certificates to the citizens in exchange for votes.

The second lawsuit concerns the sale and purchase of votes and is a long list of names of the accused starting with the coordinator of the SP in Durrës, Ardian Çela, directors and employees of the administration or even ordinary citizens. Paloka said that in a lawsuit filed by the DP earlier in SPAK, are the names of the mayor and deputy mayor of Shijak and the names of two well-known traffickers in Shijak, Jul Balla and Ald Hajri, who according to him, are totally engaged in the campaign for the Socialist Party.

Today I am in front of you to provide information on two lawsuits that I have taken to the Special Prosecution, SPAK. The first lawsuit against the SP deputy and the candidate for deputy of the Democratic Party, Jurgis Shefqet Çyrbja for abuse of office, a lawsuit related to the abuse of office and the criminal offenses that this candidate for deputy of the Socialist Party during the exercise of duty as director of the Durrës mortgage. Denoncimi tjetër edhe më i rëndësishëm ka të bëjë me shitblerësit e votave në bashkinë e Durrësit, është një kallëzim penal që tashmë është depozituar në SPAK. Unë po iu lexoj me radhë emrat e personave që janë denoncuar, persona të cilët kanë kryer vepra penale të ndryshme, duke filluar nga shitblerja e votës. All persons in the lawsuit have been identified and sent with telephone numbers, because after the first lawsuit for information I am informing you that SPAK asked us to provide them with telephone numbers. In the first lawsuit that was submitted to SPAK, in addition to these are the mayor and deputy mayor of Shijak, as well as two well-known traffickers in Shijak Jul Balla and Ald Hajri, persons known for their criminal precedents who today are totally committed to vote buying in Shijak.
