Noka: Shkodra and Albania have returned to the cradle of organized crime, Rama the only cause
The General Secretary of the DP, Flamur Noka, has described Shkodra as the cradle of organized crime, after the massacre three days ago where three people were killed and another is in serious condition in the hospital.
From the protest-march that is being held today in Shkodër, Noka said that the only cause for this phenomenon is Edi Rama and the revival.
Noka : Shkodra today is the cradle of organized crime and the only cause is Edi Rama and the renaissance.
That is why we are here to sensitize the citizens of Shkodra and all of Albania against this crime.
Albania, which has opened the chapters of negotiations and is a member of NATO, cannot be the country of organized crime, the cradle of the mafia.
Albania should be another Albania, a normal Albania.
That's why we're here, to say stop.
The plan is a march, a protest march against political crime, against crime with a state face.
The police have no time to deal with the law, they have gone off the rails of the law as they are a narco police.
At a time when the police are focusing on the fight against the opposition, this is significant.
The police are one with crime, as the entire regime is under the clutches of crime.
The message is for the citizens to stand up against the narco-regime, against crime with power, against this regime that is trying to destroy Shkodra and all of Albania.
Albanians cannot accept a crime that is under the clutches of crime.
