The youth of the Democratic Party Youth Forum (FRPD) have organized a protest in front of SPAK, demanding that this institution launch urgent investigations into Prime Minister Edi Rama after strong statements by the former number two in the Rama government, Arben Ahmetaj, which have highlighted elements of corruption related to the government.

Protesters demand that the investigations be based on the facts and evidence presented by Ahmetaj, which are sufficient to uncover abuses of power.

' I invite all young people from every youth forum to join this protest because they are joining for their own good and not for the personal interests of some individuals.

We saw Mr. Rama spending 30 thousand euros on a bottle of wine, so we cannot remain silent, we cannot close our eyes, we cannot close our ears and we cannot shut our mouths, but we will speak and we will be in the squares.

The appeal we make to citizens is to be with us in the square, join us for their interests, for their wasted taxes, for a better life, for a credible alternative and for a worthy government for every citizen of the Republic of Albania.

SPAK must urgently launch investigations into Edi Rama.

I call on all citizens, all young people of every political affiliation, every political forum, civil society, all citizens to take to the streets.

We are here to open the mouths and ears of Mr. Dumani, SPAK and all prosecutors. ' - said a young FRPD member.

The protest has gathered a large number of young people, who have come together to demand justice and transparency from the justice institutions. They have called for a cleaner and more accountable government, one that does not favor individuals connected to power and that respects the law for every citizen of Albania.
