The President of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted again to the tense situation in the north of Kosovo.

In a Facebook post, Berisha writes that Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic wants to destabilize Kosovo.

"The president of Serbia has engaged his criminal phalanxes sent from Belgrade and local Serbian gangs, in violent actions against KFOR soldiers, journalists and the Kosovo police who are maintaining order and security in the Serb-majority municipalities in the north of Kosovo. .

During the dispersion of Serbian protesters in these municipalities, KFOR soldiers were attacked by masked criminals with dozens of stun grenades, strong tools and other incendiary materials, Molotov cocktails, and gunshots were heard.

The journalists of Radio "Free Europe" have announced that they saw several wounded KFOR soldiers and a car of these units burning from the explosive devices that were thrown. Meanwhile, journalists in Zveçan report that a large part of the Serbian protesters have dispersed after the intervention of KFOR.

"I condemn with the greatest severity this coordinated scenario of Belgrade and the Kremlin, the criminal attacks of the phalanxes of Serbian gangsters against KFOR, its soldiers, journalists and the police of Kosovo," writes Berisha .
