The Vice President of the Freedom Party, Endrit Barimllari, today held a meeting with the citizens in unit 11 in Tirana.

In a post on Facebook, Braimllari said that the plan of the coalition candidate "Bashkë Fitomje" for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, is the plan for change.

He listed public transport, public services and tax reduction as the strongest points of Kelliç's plan.

"Unit 11 requires change and change will come with Belind Kelliçin.

Unit 11 has been left in oblivion by the outgoing mayor.
