A motorcycle went off the road today on the "Memaliaj-Krahës" road axis, near the village of Qesarat, causing the death of its driver.
The incident occurred around 2:30 PM, when the motorcycle, with local license plates, lost control and crashed into the side curb.
The driver of the vehicle turned out to be a 71-year-old resident of the village of Toç. As a result of the collision, he died at the scene before he could be transported to the nearest hospital.
A local witness said the motorcycle was traveling at a considerable speed, but authorities are also analyzing other factors, such as the condition of the road and the vehicle.
