Businessman Fatmir Bektashi was summoned this Thursday to SPAK regarding the Partizani case, while some time ago he was assigned the security measure of "obligation to appear".

Likewise, the prosecutors summoned the businessman Xhimi Begeja, where he was charged with "money laundering", as one of the heirs and at the same time the partner of Jamarbër Malltez.

Regarding these cases, the chief democrat Sali Berisha reacted, saying that they were taken as defendants by the structured criminal group, referring to SPAK.  

Berisha : Dear friends, today by order of Edi Rama, the structured criminal group led by Altin Zaman, took two businessmen, two descendants of the founding families of Tirana, Xhim Begeja and Fatmir Bektashi, as defendants.
Albanians should know that these members of the Skapi criminal organization have accused Sali Berisha, Fatmir Bektashi of corruption because this honorable businessman, who has built throughout Tirana all his life, and who has now built on his land, I sponsored in 2013 a trip of Elhaida Dani and Ricardo Koçantes, when she won the Voice Of Italy.
